What do you mean by nurse coaching? So glad you asked...this is a concept we dreamed up after supporting each other through a lifetime of road blocks, tough career decisions, interpersonal struggles and everything in between. At every critical juncture we sought help from each other, our mentors, friends, therapists and family; what we learned from our support systems was always the most empowering tool in our belt. Experience is the best teacher and many experiences are hard and we hope to make the challenges in your life easier! We are here to coach you through these junctures utilizing both our diverse professional skill sets and life experience.
